Hi,
I was look around my Comanche 250 and had the shift 3 window open and maybe the shift 2 window, when a "+" showed up in place of cursor and then, wherever I moved the mouse it moved the screen to, as if I was looking there (kind of like a mouse track IR). I did not know what I touched, so I did not know how to get rid of it. I shut the program down and when I opened it, the cursor was back and it worked as it should.
Any idea what I did? It is a pretty cool feature, and makes looking around the cabin great . But I need to get back to the cursor and do other things.
Thanks,
Kent.
"+" showed up?

Re: "+" showed up?
Kent,
'Mouse look' is a default feature of FSX and works just as you describe. I can't remember the default key command which switches it on and off, but you can check in the control settings under "Mouse - view direction (on)".
Cheers,
Nick
...Edit: I think it might be shift + O which toggles this, or holding the spacebar to enable the feature momentarily.

Thanks, Nick!
Right as usual shift+o is the combo, must have hit it when I was opening the different windows
Thanks again,
Kent

Re: "+" showed up?
Glad Nick got you sorted, yes theirs the shift shortcut. I tend to use the hold space-bar and move mouse quite a lot as a handy way to look around and get place quickly.
thanks
