Yes, when trouble shooting its good to start with the basics and go step by step.

It's doing exactly the same on single monitor with a fresh install of the aircraft.

It's important to note it was doing it with the C172 and 182 as well.

Could it be the accusim component, does that need excluding?

Ok so just going back to one monitor running the sim and it crashes for you upon window resize, using the mouse to resize the window?
thanks,

Not even resizing the window, just moving the window. exactly the same as triple monitor.

Ok so its platform instability when you move the sim, which is v strange as P3Dv4 is quite solid. What background programs do you have running and are all your system drivers up to date with branded drivers (not using the in built windows driver update which wont update you correctly).
thanks

Only other programmes running on that PC are Chaseplane, SPADNext, FSUIPC and UT Live. All other programmes run on my other PCs. The frustrating thing is, every other plane is running perfectly in the sim. The drivers are the latest Nvidea drivers. Windows updates are only done on FS machine when I have no choice but to do them.

Re: Comanche crash to desktop on multi monitor setup in p3d
When you went single screen did you also test a more default setup?
When troubleshooting an issue like this its best to always get as back to default as possible to rule out incompatibilities and other outside influences. For example chaseplane, FSUIPC, UT, SpadNext etc are all pretty large platform additions.
thanks,
Lewis

We tested it initially with nothing else running at all. mr Tarpoon did most of the testing remotely.

Re: Comanche crash to desktop on multi monitor setup in p3d
I just googled p3d kernal error and it looks like its an issue some encounter enough for it to have a shed load of google results;

Looks like windows updates could be a potential fix for you. A lot seem to point to windows sys error or Graphic card drivers, with some users getting latest others moving backward. Sorry to say but it does look like a royal PITA to troubleshoot , there's no way around that
I'll do some further testing on my systems, to see if I can reproduce easily and figure anything out.
thanks,
Lewis

I still have no resolution to this issue. Are the technical guys able to advise further please. I have run out of ideas on how to fix my A2A planes?
