Shift 7 and I see the wrench on top of the cowling so I perform all the tests, spin the wrench on each component, change plugs & oil.
Alright, done.
When I close the inner engine box the wrench is still over the cowling? Did I miss a step or does it wait until I next load FSX to "update" the status?
I did close and reopen Shift 7 to see if it changed.

And while I have your attention...
Have you ever had the ATC echo at you? Both the written and verbal duplicated. And of course the audio gets weird like that.
(Wait, do I have two radios tuned to the same ATC?)

Hello,
the spanner is always there as that's the button to open up the engine inspection close up.
Not too sure about the ATC thing, I've not come across that before.
thanks,
Lewis

Re: Check Engine Light Stays On?
I turned com 2 off and it stopped - so did my ability to reply to ATC.

Re: Check Engine Light Stays On?
Yes, you probably do. And Com1/2 both active at the same time. Simply switch to the one you want to listen to, muting the other. I very rarely listen to two channels at the same time IRL - although there are exceptions.Taka taka wrote:And while I have your attention...
