how to fill the tip tanks - sorry, figgured it out.

I can't figure out how to put fuel in the tip tanks. It seems to me that there should be the same +/- buttons on the tip tanks as there are on the wing tanks in the F4 screen, but there are none, and clicking on them with either mouse button doesn't do anything.
