Zoom out works the same as for any other aircraft. Are you new to P3D?

The autopilot simulation is a very accurate reproduction of the real STEC 30 autopilot.

Can you describe the exact steps you are taking to use the autopilot?

To be clear you had the Comanche and autopilot working in P3Dv3?

Okay then, I'll defer to someone who has P3D experience for P3D specific issues, such as zooming. I use FSX.

Are you trying to use keystrokes or click on the cockpit panel to operate the autopilot? I ask in case there are mapping issues. This is why I ask exactly how you are operating the unit as this affects the troubleshooting actions.

Does the unit turn on? If not, have you checked the circuit breakers just in case the AP breaker is tripped?

Hello,

can you better describe the issue you are experiencing, since no one else has reported it and we haven't had any issues like this or that zoom is something that we do at all suggests an issue with your P3Dv4 setup itself.

thanks,

Usually as I did in the past for installation I did not modify any parameter. So I am a little surprised ...I cannot switch on the autopilot STEC 30 and zoom out is OUT :)
I will check again and let you know the results.
Thanks for help

....to resume this problem:
I have 2 SSD one for P3Dv3 and the other one for P3Dv4.
IN P3Dv3 DIRECTORY I checked for Simobjects=>Airplanes=>A2A Piper PA28 Comanche=> OK
IN P3Dv4 DIRECTORY I could not find this plane, but it appears when I launch the simulator ???
NOW STEC 30 IS WORKING ? I don't know how. But I still have the problem with the zoom out which works in P3Dv3 and not in P3Dv4 (using the hyphen key)

Is there conflict between both software ?

...I solved the zoom problem but I would like to know if there is any trouble with both SSD . I don't understand why Comanche plane does not appear in the list of planes in P3Dv4. This plane works fine now with GNS 400 waiting for GTN 750 for P3Dv4

Hello,

you will want to look over the P3Dv4 documentation, P3Dv4 has the new add-on structure so the add-ons natively will not install into the main P3D directory. This enables you to update P3D without having to reinstall add-on's all the time. By default the P3Dv4 add-on directory is in your my documents, you can move it if you wish using the methods laid out in the P3Dv4 documentation.

thanks

Hello,

do you mean the cockpit not having the GTN in it?

It looks like you have not run the aircraft config program to add the GPS to the aircraft. Please refer your product manual if needed.
