Autopilot

Post by Zentiger »

Just a question/suggestion.

Has there been any thought to offer an Autopilot option for the Comanche- as with the Bendix used on the Cessnas or Beech? It really is a nice plane- and the Autopilot on the current model is excellent I am sure- but it does not look like it tracks a glide slope, and looks like it is not the easiest to use.

It's not a show stopper- but it might add a spark of life into the Comanche for some- to have a more modern or common autopilot.

Just my 2 cents.

You have great planes. Thanks for the fun you provide.

The Comanche has an autopilot. It is, as Spock might say, crude but effective. Go to page 78 of the manual, and then download the avionics data indicated in the links.

And it is actually as easy to use as they come! :) An excellent companion to scenic flights.
