I bought the C172 a couple of weeks ago, had some rudder issues, then did the 10_12_2017 update, Prepar3dv4, which cleared things up. Just now, I bought the Commanche 250, do I need to run the Accu-Sim Update 10_12_2017 again?

Yes, if you've installed the Comanche since installing the Accu-Sim update, it'll overwrite updated files so please just run the 10_12_2017 update again. It sounds from your post like you're using P3Dv4.1 in which case the update is needed to correct ineffective nose wheel steering on the ground.

yes Nick is correct, there is no issues with re-running the updater so the if in doubt run it is something we do advise for people updating.
