Upgrade to Windows 10 Pro

Post by bkmetz2x205 »

Hi everyone,

I plan on upgrading from Windows 10 Home to the Pro version. Does anyone know if this will cause any issues with the Comanche? If anyone has successfully upgraded from Home to Pro, please let me know if you encountered any issues with using the Comanche or if it impacted your sim in other ways.

Thanks for your help,

B

Hello,

the advice for such an area would be to see how your update goes as to if you should be reinstalling software.

thanks,

In case something goes wrong, is there a file that I can back up that would preserve my engine hours, wear and tear, damage, etc.

Hello,

yes you can backup your .dat files.

Located here;
\Documents\A2A\FSX\Comanche250

The FSX part might be P3D depending on your platform of course.

thanks,
