Options to upgrade from FSX to P3D v4 professional

Hi there,

I have finally changed from FSX to P3D v4 Professional (for obvious reasons!). I didn't realize that my version of the Comanche 250 was only for FSX. Nevertheless, I understand I need to pay more to get the P3D license. However I am not sure what the correct upgrade process is. I purchased the Comanche from FSPilotShop and they do not seem to offer a version for P3D v4 Professional. Only an academic vlicense version. Will the academic version work on P3D v4 Professional? If not, what options do I have.
