Vendors not updating download files

Hi,

I purchased one of my A2A planes at an external online shop (PCAviator US) and they haven't updated the installer for the Comanche to the new P3Dv4 version yet. I tried to contact them but did not get a response. What can I do?

Hello,

third party stores are currently getting hammered with lots of updates, you may need to wait a little while whilst they get around to updating the products.

I have the same issue with PC Aviator. They haven't updated or responded to customer support requests on availability, for both A2A and Carenado products. Disappointing, as it has been over a week for A2A and almost a week for Carenado.
