No speed display and not working GPS

Post by Touchdown1978 »

Hi there

i purchased the comanche 250 from accu-sim. now i have 2 problem

- when airborn, there is no speed shown in the display..it's always at zero
- the gps 430 and 530 stay dark and i cannot turn them on..only the default gps has an active display..but to enter a flightplan there is impossible.

I use P3D v3.4..Is there somebody out there who can help me?

Updated with the aircraft installer?

Is it the P3D version?

Have you tried pitot heat?

Have you checked Simconnect versions are all installed and working?

Which GPS 430 and 530? You cannot enter a flightplan with the default GPS only view one.

If the airspeed indicator stays at 0, you probably have not removed the pitot tube cover. Always do a proper walkaround ;)

The GPS units you mention are third party products, as far as I know. Should you in fact own them, you can "install" them into the aircraft using the A2A aircraft configurator utility.

Yes those covers will prevent any speed reading.

Remember your pre-flight walk around to make sure the aircraft is fit for flight prior to engine start. The manual for your simulation including instructions on the pre-flight walk around is under your windows start button > A2A Simulations.

thanks,
