I would like to ask which one from given engine lub oils are best for spring/summer season, if that matters ?

I would use a multi weight oil unless you are in a very hot climate.

Yes, if your temperature variations are in range of +30 °C...-30 °C, 15W-50 or 20W-50 as that's available here, would be my exclusive choice on most of these engines.
