Dear Sirs
I use you prduct in P3DV4.4 and little while ago I bought the 182 for the P3D (the installer contains two executables one for 1-3 and one for 4; that is dated DD13 m6 y2017) I had also carried out the migration procedure from the old shop to the new one, but to the current date (I would like to download it because I do not have the automatic update option) I can not because the order has not been transferred. Also for some time now I do not work anymore the maintenance panels (shift + 2,3,4,5) kindly you can help me thanks Roberto

If you download the software again from the new store it should have the new version for you with the updater utility.

please re-fill out the migration form and double checking the information you are providing us. The only reason an order will not have been migrated will be because the information given to us does not result in either any new account being found or old orders being found.
Please include ALL email addresses you may have used on the store/or order numbers so we can locate and move orders for you.
