The A2A Simulations Community

I have installed the updated 172 & 182 into my P3Dv4. The planes seem to work OK but there is no engine sound in the VC. The shift+3 volume slider is all the way to the right and the setttings for the default audio device is correct. I am not having this problem in other vendors aircraft.

how are you loading the aircraft?

Have you restarted the system after installation?

Have you tried a simconnect install and restart of your system?

Sorry, pilot error. I had moved to a new sound card and set the P3D v4 sound settings to to point to that card. This worked fine for my other aircraft but not for A2A. I had not set my Windows 10 sound settings to recognize that card as the system default. When I set the the new card as default, every thing was fine. Just wondering, is there a config file for A2A aircraft that can be edited to point to a sound device other than the system default?

The Accu-sim sounds will always play through the windows default sound device.
