C 182 doesnt start

O.K. I bought the plain from you. The plain doesnt work. I will not loginn to some forum. I payd my money to your company. I need help , the plain doesnt start with quick start crtl E. In hangar the batery is low. Master and avionics dont work. Cocpit is death. Only land lights with beacon. How can I repair? Otherwise I want to money back.

In order to help you will need some information about the exact issue you are experiencing and which product you are having an issue with.

You have posted in the C182 tech support area, which 182 are you using the FSX or P3D simulation?

What are your system specs?

Does your system meet the requirements and is setup with the platform settings as laid out in the manual?

Are you all updated by running the latest Accu-sim Updater?

for example P3D users sometimes get caught out with not having the correct simconnect installed;

P3D - Installed but nothing works and all is broken!?

P3DV2 sometimes wont install the required simconnect files. No worries though as they are provided by Lockheed in the following directory;
\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v2\redist\Interface\FSX-SP2-XPACK\retail\lib

Hi,

I made ud date now. But the situasion is the same.
I cant do this below. Button COMPLETE OVERHAUL works but doesnt repair something...

Did you follow all of the directions above and install Simconnect and then reboot your PC?

The update was only one of the steps.
