Shift x is not working anymore

After I have try to chance the transparency in shift 9 all the others Shift x were not working anymore.

Have already reinstall FSX service packages 1 and 2 without result.

Go to your FSX settings and under Customize... (button)->Aircraft (tab) and turn down the 2D transparency slider.

As suggested, transparency slider must be on `0`, not even `1`.

I actually have my slider set to 9 for a slight amount of transparency. Are you finding that anything greater than 0 makes it completely transparent?

No but it will interrupt VC Cockpit buttons and other functions.

As a slider, it's day is past. Set to Zero, leave it there.

That's not quite true you can have it where ever you like, it'll only interrupt VC interaction if you try opening through a panel to the VC behind, something that can only really happen by mistake at really low visible settings
