Unable to bring up any of shift / f2-9 keyboard panels. Only an instantaneous screen flicker first time any
of the f2-9 keys pressed. Checked that control settings in fsx panel window assigned kbd /shift f1-9 are in place.
Latest download 2.180 installed.
Also on ALL radios small knob can be push/pulled but can not effect any LSD freq change. Large knob rotation does
change msd ok.

For the radio controls, you'll need to use your mouse scroll wheel to rotate the inner knobs.LJ25Pilot wrote:Also on ALL radios small knob can be push/pulled but can not effect any LSD freq change. Large knob rotation does change change msd ok.

The FSX version I am using is the fsx GOLD EDITION which contained the acceleration expansion pack dvd as well.
That should constitute the latest update & version (y/n)? As noted previously A2A update 2.180 installed.
Windows 7, i7 cpu 16gb ram.
As far as lsd freq tuning the problem lies in that the scroll wheel has NO effect on freq change. The mouse wheel
scroll feature works fine for all other activities.
Thank you for your help.

Hello,
it sounds like you FSX may have some corruption, give this simconnect an install and then restart your system;

I accomplished this procedure. I then did a total reboot. Problem remains.

Re: no 2D shift/F2-9 panels
At this time the only outstanding issue is that of tuning with the small knob for freq change.
The small knob can be push/pulled but the freq can not be changed with the mouse wheel.
I can see the finger icon pulsing On/off as I mouse over small knob and rotate wheel but no
freq chg occurs. The MSD have no pbms.

Hello,
if using any third party software for controls you'll have to check that the mouse wheel is active as some third party programs can take over this feature.
thanks,
Lewis
