P3D C182 control issues

Hi all, I purchase C182 Accu-sim for P3d version 3.3. I have set up my Saitek yoke and rudder peddles numerous times, tray a lot of variations and settings but the plane flys like a drunk monkey!! I have set realism to max like manual says, it won't hold altitude with AP on, when you turn it is radical, up and down like a yo-yo, etc

Does anyone have proper settings I can follow or know what may be the issue? My passengers are using up all of my vomit bags
