Takeoff trim - What am I doing wrong?

Thanks so much for all the advice and help. I have downloaded the CG app to ensure i am well withing whats needed. Seems to be working much better. This is such an amazing simulation.

As a rule, I tend to check my controller calibrations quite frequently....with my settings, flying the 182 is a fingertip level of control, so sometime the controls need to be worked at the calibration level to help rid the dust, etc.
