I have both the RXP 430 and 530. They work fine in the 172 and Cherokee. With the 182 when toggling GPS options I don't get the option to use my RXP, only the stock GPS's GPS
MAP 295, GNS400, and no GPS. What am I doing wrong? Why are my RXP GPS's not available? Also
Chris

Re: No Reality XP GPS option
I also am having difficulty with the Reality XP GPS option. When I first load the C182 the VC comes up with the stock GNS400 but no HSI. When I select the Aircraft Configurator, select GPS, Reality XP and "OK" nothing changes. The Stock GNS400 with no HSI remains in place. This happens whether I perform this action while FSX is running and I reload the aircraft or if I do it and then load FSX.
I have the Reality XP GNS530 installed in its original default location on my system. I also performed a "default" installation of the C182T.
My questions:
1. What should I be doing to properly integrate the Reality XP GNS530 into the C182T's VC?
2. How do I install the HSI into the VC if I must do that?
3. How do I bring up the "stock-no GPS" VC
I have read the C182T manual and can see no instructions other than the mention of both the Aircraft Configurator and Input Configurator .exe files. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
John

Re: No Reality XP GPS option
Sorry to bother! Please disregard the above. Didn't realize panel #3 would resolve the issue.
