I decided to move from FSX to P3Dv4.
It's existing a version developed specially for 64 bits ?
Do we have to buy this version or is any credit from FSX purchase ?

Yes, there is a native 64-bit version of the C182T exclusively for P3D v4: https://a2asimulations.com/product/accu ... kylane-p3d.
Although there's no upgrade discount for existing users of the FSX version, if you originally purchased it from A2A's web store, this will entitle you to some 'A2A Flying Hours' which will reduce the upgrade cost a bit. More info here.
