Installing GTN 750 - a question

Hi,

Do I use the Flight1 configurator or the c182 tool, to install these into the c182 as bith a pop up and in the vc.

You need to use the tool that comes with the A2A aircraft.

So I don't do anything with the Flight1 configurator, other than install the trainer and GTN gauge. Then go straight to the 182 tool, and do everything from there ?

I don't have it myself, but from everything I've seen on the forums, you do not use the Flight1 configuration tool as it will cause problems.

Yes, you can just use our aircraft tool to add the GPS to your cockpit.

Sorry to chime in on this thread, but a related question: I seem to recall in the C182 in FSX, the HSI CRS could be linked to the GTN 750 so that, as you went through each leg, the HSI would adjust the course automatically?

In the P3Dv4 version I have to manually set the course on the HSI. Using the Flight1 GTN configuration tool "auto CRS" option doesn't seem to have any impact.
