I thought this Civil Air Patrol document does a good job of summing things up as well as giving some training maneuvers.

Does that soft field landing technique call for Flaps 40 on final? I can only assume that's a typo (mixed up with an older model, maybe), unless I missed a huge memo.

Probably a carryover from an earlier manual as Cessna has been a large part of C.A.P. for many years :D


(What do you mean that lever won't go to 40? Push it a little harder :twisted: )
