Re: Trim issue (Fix)
Thank god some found a way to fix it. It was very close to deal breaker for me. I'm an x-plane user as well so it's like XPUIPC only much more useful. I have it now and it works great.

That breaks the FM characteristics of the plane, making the trim overpowered.polluxware wrote:Much easier to just overwrite, the elevator_trimm_limit setting...

Ah, Froogle again.
To be fair, I think that a better title for the video/thread would be "Fix for the issue with mapping A2A GA Trim Controls using FSUIPC".
Froogle makes it clear that if you don't use FSUIPC for trim controls, or if you just map the trim to a button in FSUIPC to a button in FSX then the problem goes away. He also says that the Cherokee and C172 have the same issue in his experience.
As with the external views in conjunction with EZDok, this isn't an issue with either A2A or FSUIPC, just a slight incompatibility.
Thanks for posting the video.

Re: Trim issue (Fix)
I've tried this fix but when I try and press the joystick button on the FSUIPC settings, nothing happens. It doesn't find any command. Any idea?
(Trimming is veeeeery slow)
Thanks!
