PIPER 180 FAILURES

Post by scarter »

When I open P3DV4 with the PIPER 180, in the VEHICLE/FAILURES, it always shows the radio failed which means the ATC menu is inop. I reset the failure, the ATC MENU is op. The issue I am having is EVERY time when I again start up P3DV4, it again shows the radio has failed...The previous time I reset the radio failure, so do i have to check the VEHICLE/FAILURES every time? It doesn't seem like i should have to. Not a real big deal, your thoughts on this?

Hello Steve,

This is still with the GTN 750 right?

If so, please can you try the following:

1. Use the Shift 3 panel to set the cockpit back to the "NO GPS" state.
2. Make sure the default radios are both switched on using the power switch at bottom left.
3. Switch back to the GTN 750 using the Shift 3 panel.

Thanks,
Nick
