Almost impossible to taxi

It's been a while since I used my 180 but decided to re-install it and have a go again. I've tried multiple airports and I'm having trouble with the taxi. I have to use full throttle to get it to move at all and turning is near impossible. I have rudderpedals fully deflected left or right and use the toe breaks but still the turn is really slow, takes maybe 50 meters radial to do a 90 degree turn.
I remember the 180 should be a lot nicer to taxi. I also installed my 172 and 182 but have not tried them yet if they handle the same way. P3D is at the latest version and I'm also using the latest version of FSUIPC to set up my controls. Any idea on what might be wrong here?
