Hello Lewis or whom ever deals with download resets.

I have posted a request for a download reset in two forum locations over the past few days.
However I have had absolutely no response what so ever!
There doesn't appear to be any dedicated email address nor forum slot that I can find to make these requests.
May I respectfully urgently request a response from A2A?
This getting really frustrating!

Hello,

sorry about missing you, all active for you on the store. I would recommend saving your products and backing up your purchases so you are not having to use downloads up every time you have to reinstall etc.
