Lost Download Count on my Cherokee

I have the PA180 downloaded on my PC at home. That brought my downloads from 5 to 4.

So I logged in to my A2A store account foolishly thinking I could find a download link to the manual in my purchase history. I clicked the download button on accident, not thinking and even though I canceled it within a second of it starting it counted against my downloads and now I had 3 available.

In my continued search for the manual I clicked on the "Cherokee 180 (P3D) Academic" link and it began downloading AGAIN! Probably should have seen that coming, but regardless that took ANOTHER download away so now I'm at 2 remaining when I should be at 4. I don't anticipate needing all 4 downloads in the future but it would be nice to have them back!

Please let me know what I need to do in order to facilitate this happening. Any info you may need I'm sure I could provide.

Hello,

the manual is installed with your product, you can find it under your start menu > all programs/apps > A2A Simulations.

For the downloads if you let me know your order number I can get those back for you no problem.
