How Do I contact A2A to get my Money Back

On the 28th of July 2016 I wrongly purchased A2A Comanche when I was trying to Purchase A2A Cherokee. I already Purchased the A2A Comanche from Flightsim store order number FSS0476293 Sunday April 17,2016 I tried to stop the order from A2A store and sent them an email at the time but no reply forth coming
The order number for the bad purchase is 112838 I did order the Cherokee order number 112840 and down loaded it. I Want My Money Back on order number 112838.

I installed the A2A Cheerokee and up dated it but it causes my FSX to chash so I have to uninstall if to get FSX to not chash. The download time was 2 hrs. and the Update time was 1:45 I would like to get it to work or I Want my Money back on this also. I hope you will help me to get it working and help me to get my Money back on the bad purchase 112838

Roland,

I refunded the Comanche purchase. Make sure you check the FAQ in this forum regarding your install of FSX to make sure it has all the updates and requirements.
