P3D V3 crashes when I load the plane

Hello !
I have P3D V3 and Windows 10.
When I want to load the plane P3D crashes.
Please help.

Does P3D crash with other planes, or only with A2A Cherokee? Does it show any error when it crashes, and if it does - share it here, so we can troubleshoot further.

P.S. Check if you have the latest update:

Hello,

if it's a crash upon selection its normally because direct x9 is not updated. Please note the direct X versions are independent, so you will want to make sure your direct x9 is fully updated.

It does not crash with other planes.
I have updated directx and A2A.
After selecting the A2A plane P3D crashes without any message.

Do you run P3D as Administrator and have you installed the A2A plane as the same?

Yes I did everything as administrator.
Problem the same.

Next troubleshooting step is probably to check that the SimConnect client has been installed. This is described in the FAQ, or you can see this topic for more detailed instructions.

You should restart your PC after the SimConnect (re)install too.

Do you have any antivirus software that might cause the crash? Try disabling it.

After the installs of direct X9 did it install correctly? Are you by mistake updating dx10, 11 instead of version 9?

Did you restart the system after the install?
