Hello,

double check your default flight. We don't use the platform failure system as its not realistic, so we use our own Accu-sim simulation engine to run dynamic system flow failures through wear and tear etc.

thanks,
Lewis

Hello,

what is your default flight?

If you have any failures set in your default flight they will/can move over to your other flights.

thanks,
Lewis
