I have an older version of a2a 172 trainer and sa am reusing pedv4 I see it needs an update and yet when I open a new account my orders don't show nower that they were transfer from possibly old account under [email protected]

Hello and welcome to the A2A forums.

Please can you let us know which version of the C172 trainer you originally purchased, and whether it was direct from the A2A store here, or from a third-party retailer?

It was at the old store under Transaction ID: 8U208672SB815494W but it is not being transferred to my new store account

Okay, thanks for the information. Have you seen the pinned topic here and filled-out the short Google form linked within to allow Lewis to manually transfer your purchase from the old store?

The order was 121310 with that information what are my next steps to obtain latest update

I have done all this but to no avail yet. Maybe if Lewis is given my order info I was able to retrieve from old store it will help him to actually transfer things. Thanks for your help

Hello,

if you have not been transferred across it will be because the submission resulted in no new account being found or no old orders being found. Please re-submit with the required information and we can get things moved for you.
