P3DV4 A2A AIRCRAFT SELECTION

Another thing that I just discovered..with P3DV4, all of my A2A aircraft are missing when you select an aircraft to fly within P3DV4

will have to wind back a little bit as you have not provided much information of the context. So I got to go back to the beginning and ask, have you installed the P3Dv4 A2A Aircraft into your sim for them to show up?

If you had them previously installed, what has changed since you last saw them?

Do you have any filters set or set so that they might be at the bottom or middle of your aircraft list?

Am not sure why the A2A aircraft were missing in the P3DV4 aircraft selection,,but more than likely something i did wrong..In the mean time i reinstalled all of the many A2A aircraft that I have, but ran out of downloads on the L014 and the Piper 250...I repurchased the L014 {79$..ouch} My question to you now is..I have 45 A2A flying hours..Can I apply those 45 to cut the cost down on repurchasing the Piper 250 and if so do you enter those some where in the purchasing process?

First up, never repurchase, please. Can you PM me your latest order number so I can get that refunded for you and get the downloads activated on the ones where you run out.

I thought when it says when you have 1 download remaining and use that remaining download, then you have to start over by repurchasing the product to get more downloads.. On Oct 13 I repurchased the C172 TRAINER for $79.99. That order number was 10246. On Nov 26 I repurchased the L014 for $79.99. That order number was 12658. And I have no downloads let on the Piper250 and thank goodness I didn't repurchased that one after your last e-mail saying don't repurchase. Hopefully you can access my account to see the Piper250 has been purchased by me. Thanks much for your help. I knew this repurchasing was getting expensive..but I did because I wanted to have them.

LEWIS ..0ne more question. I know now not to repurchase but my Piper 140 has only one download left. I don't anticipate using it, but if I had to for some reason, how would I obtain more downloads knowing by repurchase is not the way?

Lewis ..last reply I meant Piper 180. On Aug 31 I purchased the Capt of the Ship 049. Order #5946. When I check my account downloads, it shows 049 for P3DV2/3 but not for P3DV4 witch I am sure V4 was my intent to purchase..Is there any way you can go into my account downloads and make sure it shows downloads for V4 and not V2/3. Thanks

do you have your order number for the Cherokee as I cannot see a P3D Cherokee on the account with a quick browse?

The Connie I show as a P3D version so you will have the option to download P3Dv23 and V4 version which ive just checked is correct on your account.

Hello,

Cherokee all set for you. If you run out of downloads you can just contact us on the forums yes, though ideally you will want to be saving the files to your PC and that way you dont need to always download just access your files and run the installers.

THANKS again for your help not sure what the step is to save a download to your computer..am thinking after you download and have a option of clicking open instead of starting the install open I should right click with the option of SEND TO and choosing something like documents and then going back and start the install with a left double click on the installer knowing the installer is in documents for any future install..Am I close to understanding the process?

Yes, you dont want to be opening, you need to be downloading. Have you updated your browser, most modern browsers will download to your my downloads area in windows. If you click open then it will download to a temp place which is then over written the next time you restart your system.
