HELP! can't install, administrator e-mail issue

I just bought c172 and cherokee180 and it won't install because my administrator e-mail ([email protected]) is different than the e-mail I used to buy them ([email protected]). How can I fix this? I hope I didn't just waste $100 :?

Update:

I run Windows 10 and when I right click on the zip file, there is no option to "run as administrator"

Hi and apologies for the slow response - overlooked your message unfortunately.

I don't really understand the issue you're describing I'm afraid. No email is necessary to install the products, but perhaps you meant you were having difficulty downloading? If so, please can you confirm where you purchased from: was it the A2A store or a third-party retailer?

It's normal that there's no option to run a zipped archive as administrator. Instead, you should be using the "Extract All..." option.
