My order number is 112700.
(I've built a new computer and installed P3D v3 with no problems. After installing my A2A C-172 for P3D v3 I noticed textures were missing on the aircraft. I uninstalled the C-172 numerous times and have apparently used up my allotment of downloads. I have since fixed the missing texture issues and want to install my C-172. How do I get more downloads? My purchase receipt says the link expires 3/31/2030. Again, how do I get my plane back? My order number is 112700.)
A reply from Lewis asked for the order number which was in the original post to begin with.
Sorry, but I don't know how to contact A2A except this way.
Thanks, Joe

Re: Downloads links used up Part 2
This is the only way to contact A2A and Lewis is a meter of the support team. He'll get to it soon.

Joe it is a good idea with all products that you purchase that you save the original downloads to a memory stick or a backup disk then you do not have to request renewals.

yes,
Right click on the download link, and select "Save Link As" then choose a location for the file. I have only ever downloaded the installer files once per purchase.

Great advice, I have a folder named 'Purchased Addons' that I use and besides the .zip file I also include in the subfolders of each purchase a text(.txt) file that has all my purchase information such as place of purchase, order number, installation code and so on. Always nice to keep everything in one place and some sellers aren't as nice as A2A as far as redownloads.speedy70 wrote:Joe it is a good idea with all products that you purchase that you save the original downloads to a memory stick or a backup disk then you do not have to request renewals.

Cheers chris
Don't forget to back this folder up somewhere safe.
Take care, Brett
