Reset Download Request C-172 Trainer

Hi,

Just Requesting a reset to my C-172 downloads.

While updating my copy of the 172 trainer to P3Dv4.
For some reason whether it was due Australia's poor NBN service or windows 10 having a moment, my downloads kept getting interrupted, I tried to resume the download but to no avail.
I normally don't have any problem downloading from your store and hope this is an isolated case.
I did note on the Download page, that after each unsuccessful attempt, in each case, the web page still indicated that I still had 5 downloads left, it seems this is not the case as it expired on my last attempt.
I trust one of the moderators on this support forum may be able to help me with this issue.

Hi Lewis,

Thank you for your speedy reply and the C-172 reset, it's much appreciated.

I Just love A2A and all that you guys do from a RW pilots perspective.

On further investigation after router resets etc, it seem after one of window 10's recent updates, I think the culprit may have been the Windows Edge browser playing havoc with my download, I then switched to Google Chrome to try that instead and was able have a stable download at a fairly high transfer rate, which I have now installed with out further issue.

However after sending my initial post last night and waiting for moderator approval, I tried downloading the A2A T-6 Texan using a download manager instead, which didn't play nice with windows edge at all.
the result, a very rapid download expiry, my apologies, may I request a reset to the Texan as well, or should I post this further request to the Texan sub forum...

I'm a little new to windows 10 as I was very happy with windows 7, however a significant hardware upgrade, forced my hand into the new Windows OS.
