Hello, I just got this problem last week. Whenever I get inside the cockpit of the 172 the engine audio cannot be heard. I have the cockpit audio all the way up in FSX,etc. However the outside audio works just fine everything can be heard just fine. Its only inside.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and updating however nothing worked. Please help!!
Thanks
Trey

Re: In Cockpit Audio
Hello Trey - welcome to the forums.
The internal Accu-Sim sounds should play through your default Windows audio device (which may be different to the device you have configured in FSX). If you can't hear them, please make sure this device is plugged in and switched on.
You should also check the volume control towards the bottom left of the shift 3 pop-up panel.
Thanks,
Nick
P.S. Please also run the Acc-Sim update available from here if you haven't already do so.

Re: In Cockpit Audio
Hello,
if you reinstalled remember to delete the update folder and re-apply. A reinstall is not recommended for tech issues unless troubleshooting has been carried out as it can confuse and cause un-needed work and frustration.
thanks,
lewis

Re: In Cockpit Audio
Everything works everything, everything is set to my headset and not the default device. The 182 works fine inside and out. Its only the 172 inside audio that does not work because I can hear fine in outside views.Nick M wrote:Hello Trey - welcome to the forums.
