Tie-Downs, Chocks, Pitot Tube do not save

Post by vinniehat »

Hello,
Everytime I try to tie down the plane, it does it and then it removes it right after. The Chocks, Pitot Tube Cover, and other things like oil, heading for magnetic deviation, do not save. What should I do?

Thanks!

Hi and welcome to the forums,

Do you have your parking brake on in C172 when installing tie downs and chocks? Let us know which sim platform you are using.

The parking brake will automatically engage when the chocks or tie down ropes are put in, however they will all disengage the moment the toe brakes are activated. That is a simulator limitation.
