It had been working fine for a while but now the radio for COM2, the ADF, DME, and AP appear to be completely dead. No display at all on the screens. The GTN is powered on and the GTN controlled radio works fine. I tried attaching the Dr A2A file here but It won't let me.
I tried starting with the default C172 and switching to A2A C172 but no luck.
Help!

Just wondering if you have checked the fuses to see if one has popped.

Hello,
have you checked the fuses to make sure everything's ok and fit for flight during your pre-flight?
thanks,
Lewis

I checked all fuses and they seem good. I even reset the aircraft to new state. Is there anything else I can try?

Are the units themselves turned on?hsolano77 wrote:I checked all fuses and they seem good. I even reset the aircraft to new state. Is there anything else I can try?

They are. The knob turns when I click on it. Since GTN750 is controlling COM1 I can set/change frequencies. The Bendix pannels are all dead (nodisplay). I can turn on the backlights and those work. AP is also dead.

What changed on your system between it working and not?
How are you loading the flight you are experiencing issues with?
thanks,
Lewis

Re: C172 with F1 GTN750 - Radios don't display or work at al
Nothing has changed that I can tell. I did copy the SimObjects/A2A C172 directory from my old boxed FSX folder to my Steam folder because it did not want to take the panel.cfg with the GTN750.
I load the flight in any airport, like Friday Harbor on the stip, plane running and avionics turned on including GTN750. I have also tried to start flight with FSX C172 and it displays all radios fine. THen switch over to A2A and the problem is there.

Hello,
that move of the files could be the culprit and make it very difficult to troubleshoot. That may also mean that in order to get a correct installation again a full reinstall of the 172 might be required. You could try to delete the 172 updater folder and re-run the updater to force a re-update but if this doesn't work then a deletion and reinstall would be needed to get back to stanrd before troubleshooting any issues.
thanks.

you will want to use the add/remove programs in windows to uninstall. Then remove the A2A>C172 folder from your my documents, and in your FSX folder remove any left over files.
thanks,
Lewis

I uninstalled. Reinstalled under Steam directory only, then ran AccuSim Updater. It works! Thanks for the support. All radios are displaying properly!
