Hello A2A .... I would really like all my Saitek autopilot switches to work with my A2A Cessna. Here are my sim specs:
1. Prepar3d Version 3.4.22.19868 (up-to-date)
2. A2A Cessna C172 (all updates installed)
3. Saitek Pro-Flight FSX Plugin software 7.0.50.1.x64 (up-to-date)
This is the problem:
I can set ALTITUDE using the rotary switch on the Saitek autopilot module.
I can turn the Autopilot ON/OFF using the AP button on the Saitek autopilot module.
I cant use any of the other buttons on the Saitek Autopilot module to turn on/off the other function: HDG, NAV, IAS, ALT, VS, APR and REV.
To set those functions I have to use the display screen. However, even though I can set these functions on the display screen they are not reflected on the Saitek autopilot module.
All my other Saitek modules are working correctly.
Please can you help?

Re: Saitek Autopilot switches not working
Hello,
I believe you may need to use a third party software such as SPAD which opens up your Saitek hardware to a little more advanced programming and mapping.
The old thread; http://a2asimulations.com/forum/viewtop ... 08&t=35754
Current Spad website;

thanks,
Lewis
