Quick simple question on installing... EXE files

I accidently purchased "C172 Trainer (P3D + FSX)  Professional Bundle", while I only needed "C172 Trainer (P3D) Professional"

P3D is in my PC, but not FSX.
Therefore, I've only used "C172_P3D_PROFESSIONAL.EXE" file for installation... didn't touch the "C172_FSX_x.2.0.EXE".
While I don't mind the $20 difference, I'd like to know that "C172_P3D_PROFESSIONAL.EXE" is just the same as what you get via "C172 Trainer (P3D) Professional".
If not, ... oh no...
