C172 Com/NAV knobs don't work

Both the C172 and C182 Com/NAV inner buttons don't work. Wanted to fly VOR and attempted to set a VOR frequency of 117.80. The outer knob works, but when you try setting the .80 with the inner knob, all that happens when you point the mouse to it is the inner knob depresses but doesn't turn to select the .80 portion of the frequency. My Cherokee 180 Com/NAV stack works great, so there is an issue with the selection knobs on both Cessna's.

I did reload both sims and then the core sim without resolution.

Can anyone clue me in on the fix?

Try clicking the sides of the inner knob, not it's face.
