Mindstar GPS not usable

Purchased Mindstar GPS awhile back and have never been able to get it to work. Always a black screen and no buttons are clickable

Hello,

how are you integrating into the aircraft and which GPS product? Also just to double check your C172 is all updated with the latest Updater?

I installed it like the program said and used the A2A a/c configure tool to integrate it. I have tried the 430, 530, and the combo and they show up in the panel but the screen stays black and none of the buttons work. I always keep my a/c up to date

Is all the power turned on to the units?

Avionics master is on but the unit power switches are not clickable

Have you tried using the GPS in default aircraft as the 2d popup gauge? Does it work that way?

Comes up with "Failed to load HyperGauge. Check DLL.XML and Modules folder" and still won't work. So i guess its a Mindstar issue
