issues with the c172

hello,
My name is Liesse from Paris
with Prepar3D v3.4
i just bought the cessna 172 but I have some issues , the first is that the engine don't start even with "ctrl + x"
and the second is ther is no response when I move my joystick or throttle but when i use an other aircraf for the take of and then I change to the c172 I can control it (but nothing move inside the plan).
I have used Accu-Sim aircraft update but still not working

it sounds like you need to install simconnect. You can download it here, then run it, then restart your system;
