GPS AND TRIM ISSUES C172

Post by jassimley »

Hi

I think I may have a couple of issues with the sim? Firstly I cannot use the selector knobs on the GNS 400 to scroll through screen pages? Secondly when I trim the trim wheel starts moving very slowly and then suddenly moves rapidly making it difficult to trim? Is this normal or do I have some issues. Any help greatly appreciated. I am fully updated and run FSX steam on windows 10.

Hello,

the trim is normal FSX behavior you can change it if you map trim via the input configurator we include.

For the GNS are you using the mouse wheel?

thanks,
Lewis

Hi Lewis. I try to click the mouse on the knob and turn just as you do in FSX default gps. Where do I find the input configurator?

Hi,

Don't click, just turn with the mouse wheel (scroll).

The Input Configurator can be found in your Start Menu -> A2A Simulations.

Viele Grüße | Best regards,
Oliver

Yes under the start menu > all programs > A2A Simulations you'll find the aircraft cofig, input config and manuals.

You'll want to use the mouse wheel for the GPS, plus of course once you have the cursor you can just use the keyboard to type.

thanks,
Lewis
