No sound effects in C172 on P3D

After normal flight, I looked down to cutoff the fuel in virtual cockpit view.
At that time, my computer system stopped. I had no alternative but to power down my system.
After that I cann't hear any sound effect in my virtual cockpit.
I can hear engine sound when I change my view from virtual cockpit to outside.

I experienced this same phenomena before.
At that time, I remove the file "sound.cfg" in Prepar3D v3/SimObjects/Airplanes/sound.
After that, I returned normal operating condition.

I tried same action again but didn't work at this time.
I reinstalled C172 trainer and updater. I reinstalled simconnect too. Still no sound effects in virtual cockpit.
I can hear engine sound in outside view.

Would you give me any suggestions that I could to fix my problems?

Hi.
Have a look in your sim sound settings , to see if any volumn settings have been set to low/off position , also , check if any other aircraft effected , if its only this one ,then open the shift+ 2 or 3 and see what the volumn is set to on there as well , you will see the word volumn , and just hover mouse over it to see percentage volumn , i have mine set to 100% , if less than 50% hit the plus symbol , see if any of these help , failing that boot pc up / down a few times see if it sorts its self out .

double check the sound volume on your shift + 3 panel, also when you reinstalled and re-updated did you delete the update folder?
