every time I log in its a new adventure I want to know how to get into my account so I can download my aircraft. I have a new machine and I had to clear some issues before I could do that thanks

Hello,

all you need do is use your store user name and password to access your account on any computer you use.

If you forget your password you can click forgotten password to have a new one mailed to you.

I'm ready to crack- How in the world do I find my account and recent purchases, download, etc. I followed you're instructions, both of yours, log in,and can't find it!!!! Am I stupid? I'm not real savy with websites. And when you type in a search word into the search box where do you click to search? Help. barreaclark

Hello and welcome to the forums,

what is the exact issue you are encountering. Have you lost your log in details for the A2A Store so when you log in with a new account your old downloads will (correctly) not show as they are not linked to your new account.

Please PM me any order numbers you have from the A2A Store and or email addresses associated with you and I can search the database to find where you are.
