Inconsistent Flap Setting - 74H 'repairs' needed?

I am practicing high density altitude take-off, so I am figuring out the best flap setting for mountain takeoff.

The method I used is by deflecting the aileron fully to the left or right and then match the flaps to the same angle (per mountainflying.com's suggestion: http://www.mountainflying.com/pages/mou ... flaps.html

That's when I noticed the flaps are set differently when coming down from 0 degrees to 10 degrees vs. 20 degrees to 10 degrees....

I was wondering if this is an error? Or does the real life 74H behaves like this?
