I do not have the stangs but I have the Accusim J3 Cub and once I had the 172 installed, I downloaded and installed the latest core update.
Bad?

Oops I ran the core update after the 172... Is that bad?

Re: Oops I ran the core update after the 172... Is that bad?
I do believe that this 1.5.2 is what borked my C172 install. It says right on the webpage that it's for the P40, P51 and the Spit. I accepted this, until along came one post saying this should be installed, and quoting a link. So I installed it late at night. Next morning I had all kinds of issues with the first C172 flight - no sound, the arrow command on the walkround page didn't work, the mixture control wouldn't move, whereas the throttle was fine - that sort of thing - it seemed as if AccuSim wasn't working. I uninstalled all of the Accusim components, C172, Spit, Cub, P40, etc, and then started again, installing only the C172. It has worked fine ever since, with the exception that now I have a frame-rate issue which I don't think I had before. (That's a problem with growing old, though, and is another story!)
