2 Problems - Always Crash plane On 1st Takeoff & Autopilot

Hello,

Good work On your c172, but i have 2 problems:

-When i start the airplane from c&d from a fresh loaded fsx, the plane goes Mad On the Takeoff run and crashes, there is no way to pull the nose up, it slips and then crashes. Then i repair it via the hangar, After that everything is normal. Its On EVERY fresh booted fsx Start.

-Is there any Way to disable the Autopilot routine and use fsx Standard Autopilot instead? I have a saitek Autopilot Panel and it seems that it is Not working correctly.
